It adopts PVC flexible roller shutter with servo variable‑frequency drive system. The door opening‑closing speed reaches 0.5‑1 m/s, and the single opening‑closing cycle is completed within 1 second, delivering over 5‑fold higher passage efficiency than conventional equipment. Equipped with vector variable‑frequency control technology, the system supports soft‑start and soft‑stop functions to eliminate impact and jitter during door actuation for stable and low‑noise operation. Multiple control modes including infrared induction, ground‑loop induction, push‑button operation and remote control are configured to suit diverse passage scenarios for manual handling and automated production lines. Purified clean air is fed back into the air‑shower circulation loop, which guarantees dust‑removal and cleanliness performance while cutting energy consumption and avoiding waste of fresh air. Certain high‑end models are fitted with automatic sterilization functions: a 10‑minute disinfection cycle is triggered automatically after 8 hours of idle operation to suppress bacterial and mould growth and sustain sterile cleanliness inside the chamber.
