Adopting modular integrated design for overall construction, the main frame of the equipment is mostly fabricated of SUS304 stainless steel with a qualified thickness of 1.2 mm. Featuring corrosion resistance, ageing resistance and low dust accumulation tendency, it adapts to harsh operating conditions in clean workshops. Besides, it facilitates cleaning and disinfection without sanitary dead corners. The core structure consists of four major modules: rapid roller‑shutter door system, high‑pressure air‑shower system, filtration & recirculation system, and intelligent control system. Coordinated operation of each module enables the fully‑automatic purification workflow of “rapid door opening → airtight air shower blowing → high‑efficiency dust removal → rapid door closing”.

As the module delivering the core competitive advantage of the equipment, the rapid roller‑shutter door system differs from the low‑speed door assemblies of conventional goods air showers. It adopts PVC flexible roller shutter with servo variable‑frequency drive system. The door opening‑closing speed reaches 0.5‑1 m/s, and the single opening‑closing cycle is completed within 1 second, delivering over 5‑fold higher passage efficiency than conventional equipment. Equipped with vector variable‑frequency control technology, the system supports soft‑start and soft‑stop functions to eliminate impact and jitter during door actuation for stable and low‑noise operation. Multiple control modes including infrared induction, ground‑loop induction, push‑button operation and remote control are configured to suit diverse passage scenarios for manual handling and automated production lines. The dual‑door interlock represents the core safety structure: it prevents simultaneous opening of the inlet and outlet doors to maintain full‑time passageway tightness, block direct ingress of unpurified ambient air into the clean zone, and cut off cross‑contamination at the source.
The high‑pressure air‑shower dust‑removal system determines the purification performance of the unit. It applies full‑domain 3‑dimensional air‑blowing technology. Evenly spaced stainless‑steel rotating nozzles are installed on both sides of the passage at a pitch of 150 mm, tilted downwards at 15°‑25°, generating rotational vortex airflow for full‑coverage treatment over material surfaces without dust‑removal dead zones. Dedicated high‑pressure centrifugal fans supply stable air pressure, achieving nozzle outlet wind velocity of 22‑25 m/s. Powerful airflow shearing force rapidly strips dust, fibres, particulate contaminants and other pollutants adhering to material surfaces, delivering superior dust‑removal efficiency compared with traditional goods air showers.

The filtration & recirculation system realizes closed‑loop air purification. Dust‑laden air inside the air‑shower chamber undergoes recirculating purification via a two‑stage filter bank comprising pre‑filter and high‑efficiency filter. The pre‑filter intercepts large‑size contaminants, while the high‑efficiency filter performs deep purification for fine particulates. Purified clean air is fed back into the air‑shower circulation loop, which guarantees dust‑removal and cleanliness performance while cutting energy consumption and avoiding waste of fresh air. Certain high‑end models are fitted with automatic sterilization functions: a 10‑minute disinfection cycle is triggered automatically after 8 hours of idle operation to suppress bacterial and mould growth and sustain sterile cleanliness inside the chamber.
The whole set of equipment achieves fully‑automatic operation based on an intelligent PLC control system. Functions including automatic material ingress‑egress sensing, auto start‑stop of air shower, intelligent timing, fault self‑diagnosis and voice prompt are available without manual intervention. It perfectly matches high‑frequency transit requirements of automated assembly lines. While maintaining clean‑zone isolation performance, it greatly improves material handling throughput, and resolves the long‑standing industry dilemma that conventional goods air showers cannot balance cleanliness and operational efficiency.
