The complete maintenance and servicing plan for the automatic door and air shower room is divided into: daily inspection, weekly maintenance, monthly maintenance, quarterly/six-monthly maintenance, and annual overhaul. It also distinguishes three core modules: purified air path, automatic sliding door system, and electrical control system. It is applicable to stainless steel automatic air shower rooms, forklift air shower rooms, and AGV air shower rooms.
1. Daily daily maintenance (5 minutes before and after production shift)
1. Box body and internal cleaning
Wipe the inner wall, nozzles, floor, and automatic door glass with dust-free cloth + 75% alcohol / workshop neutral disinfectant;
Clean the floor tray debris and dust to avoid backflow blockage;
Check the nozzles for no blockage, skewing, and remove any debris immediately.
2. Automatic door safety inspection
Test the anti-clamping function: when closing the door, if it is blocked, the door will immediately rebound;
Check the sensor probe for any accumulated dust and wipe it clean to prevent false sensing / non-sensing;
Check if the sealing strip is loose or cracked, as leakage will reduce the dust removal effect.
3. Electrical control basic inspection
Power on to check for no fault alarms on the display, normal pressure difference values;
Test the interlock function: one side door is opened, the other side cannot be opened;
Reset the emergency stop button normally, no abnormality in voice prompts, start/stop of the air shower;
4. Fan operation status
Listen for any abnormal sounds, vibrations, or noise from the fan. Stop immediately if there is any noise.
2. Weekly maintenance (completed in 30 minutes of shutdown)
Primary efficiency filter cleaning
Remove G4 primary filter, blow from inside out with compressed air; if the dust is severe, rinse with clean water, dry and reinstall; if severely clogged, replace directly.
Automatic door track maintenance
Clean the dust, wire ends, and debris inside the track; apply a small amount of special silicone-based lubricating grease to the sliding rail and pulley (do not use grease, as it is prone to sticking to dust).
Ultraviolet sterilization lamp (optional)
Wipe the dust on the lamp tube, check the brightness; if blackened or insufficient illumination, register for replacement in advance.
Return air chamber cleaning
Open the return air panel, clean the accumulated dust inside the chamber to avoid secondary dusting.
3. Monthly maintenance (in-depth inspection)
Fan unit inspection
Tighten the fan fixing screws to eliminate vibration and noise;
Check the temperature of the frequency converter and the lines for overheating in the variable frequency model;
Check for any abnormal sounds from the fan bearings, add lubricating oil if lacking and use high-temperature-resistant lubricating oil.
Efficient HEPA filter inspection
Record the pressure difference value, compare it with the initial pressure difference; a continuous increase in pressure difference indicates filter blockage.
Automatic door drive system
Check the power supply line of the motor, limit switch, and belt tightness; replace the belt if cracked or loose.
Nozzle adjustment
Adjust the nozzle to face the cargo passage area uniformly to ensure 360° sweeping without any blind spots.
Electrical wiring tightening
Tighten the terminals of the distribution box and the sensor door terminal, clean the dust inside the box to prevent short circuits.
4. Quarterly / Semi-annual maintenance (core consumable replacement cycle)
Primary efficiency filter: replace once every 3-6 months, replace directly if the cleaning exceeds 3 times.
Door body sealing rubber strip: check for aging every half year, if hard, leaking, replace directly; in clean workshops with frequent disinfection, shorten to 3 months.
Sensor probe, door access accessories: calibrate the sensing distance, replace if faulty.
Box body leakage check: check for leakage at weld seams and door gaps, apply silicone sealant to repair.
5. Annual overhaul maintenance (half-day shutdown)
HEPA efficient filter replacement
Replace when the pressure difference is > 200 Pa or after 12 months of use; perform leak detection and dust particle retesting after replacement.
Fan comprehensive inspection
Replace worn bearings, dust off the impeller, inspect the insulation of the motor.
Automatic door complete wear parts replacement
Replace the pulley, synchronous belt, buffer rubber strip, and limit switch uniformly to prevent operational failures and production stop.
Whole machine cleanliness verification
Test the air nozzle wind speed, indoor dust particle count, and air change frequency to meet GMP/ISO14644 standards.
Control program calibration Reset the wind shower time, fan frequency, and sensor delay parameters, and clear the system fault records.
VI. Special Maintenance Points for Each Module
(1) Purification Air Path System
Do not directly rinse the fan or high-efficiency filter with water;
If the high-efficiency filter gets damp, it should be scrapped directly. Disinfection should only involve wiping the box, not spraying on the filter;
Regularly monitor the wind speed. For constant-frequency fans, if the wind speed is lower than 22m/s, check for filter blockage or fan failure.
(2) Automatic Sliding Door System (Key Fault Points)
Do not stack materials on the track. Avoid hitting the door body when forklifts enter and exit. Install anti-collision columns at the door opening;
Test the manual unlocking device after power failure to ensure that the door can be opened manually in emergency situations;
Dry the motor promptly with disinfectant water vapor to prevent short circuits and burnout of the drive.
(3) Intelligent Control System
Keep the control cabinet dry. Do not spray for disinfection;
Regularly back up control parameters. Reconfigure the blowing shower duration and interlock logic after replacing parts;
Record the fault codes promptly. Do not repeatedly force the fan to start or stop.

VIII. Precautions for Prohibited Operations
Forcibly opening the door during the spray-washing process may damage the interlock controller;
High-speed collision of the forklift with the automatic door will cause deformation of the track and burnout of the motor;
Direct spraying of strong acid and strong alkali disinfectant solution onto the high-efficiency filter and the electrical control box;
If the equipment is left idle for a long time, run it unloaded for 5 minutes every week to prevent moisture.
