Main structure installation steps of the clean room (general standard version)
I. Preparations
Site cleaning: The ground should be clean, free of debris and water accumulation.
Laying out and positioning:
Use a tachymeter / laser level to mark the positions of the columns.
Determine the length and width of the clean room, the direction of entry and exit, and the layout of the FFU.
Material inspection:
All the materials, such as profiles, angle pieces, screws, anchor bolts, and expansion bolts, should be complete and undamaged.
II. Formal installation steps
1. Install the anchor base
Drill holes at the marked points of the columns → Insert expansion bolts → Fix the anchor base.
Level the base to ensure that all bases are of the same height and level.
2. Assemble the bottom frame
Connect the bottom cross and longitudinal aluminum profiles with angle pieces.
Place it on the anchor base, initially lock it, do not tighten it completely, to facilitate subsequent adjustments.
Use a laser level to check:
Square (equal diagonals)
Level (uniform height around)
3. Install the columns
Connect the columns with the corner pieces of the bottom frame, stand them vertically.
Check the verticality with a level, deviation ≤ 2mm/m.
Fully tighten the screws of the columns and the bottom frame.
4. Install the top frame
Install the top beams and cross beams to form a rectangular top frame.
Check:
Square (top)
Overall vertical without inclination
Confirm that there are no errors, then fully tighten all the angle pieces and screws.
5. Reinforcement and leveling
After the overall frame is completed, recheck:
Level
Vertical
Square
Use leveling spacers to fine-tune if there are deviations.
Finally, tighten all the anchor bolts of the expansion screws.
6. Install the top FFU / blind plate keel (if any)
Install the FFU cross beams on the top frame.
Arrange the spacing according to the FFU size to ensure uniform load-bearing.
7. Install the enclosure structure (sides)
Install according to the material you choose:
PVC curtain: Install the hanging rail → Hang the curtain → Adjust the height.
Acrylic / PC board: Fix with angle aluminum strips → Seal with glue.
Tempered glass / color steel plate: Seal with glue → Fix the strips → Seal the edges.
8. Sealing and cleanliness treatment
Apply neutral clean sealant to all the joints of the columns, cross beams, and the ground.
Remove burrs and sharp corners to avoid dust accumulation.
Clean the site to ensure no dust or waste.
III. Key points for installation completion and acceptance
The frame is firmly installed without shaking.
The levelness, verticality, and squareness meet the standards.
All screws are fully tightened without loosening.
The sealant is continuous, without bubbles or cracks.
The overall does not produce dust and is easy to clean, meeting the requirements of the clean area.
