What is the general service life of a liquid tank high-efficiency air filter?

I. Core Influencing Factors
The degree of environmental pollution used
Cleanrooms (such as electronic factories and hospital operating rooms) : The concentration of dust and particles in the air is low, the load on filters is small, and their service life is relatively long.
Industrial workshops (such as mechanical processing and chemical plants) : There are many pollutants such as dust and cooking fumes, and the filter materials are prone to clogging, with their service life shortened.
Filter material and quality
High-quality glass fiber and synthetic fiber filter materials: High dust holding capacity, wear-resistant, with a service life of up to 1-3 years.
Poor-quality filter materials: Prone to damage, weak dust-holding capacity, and may need to be replaced every 6 to 12 months.
Maintenance and upkeep status
Regularly checking the sealing of the liquid tank (to prevent air leakage and premature failure of the filter material) and cleaning the pre-filter (to reduce the burden on the high-efficiency filter) can extend the service life by 20% to 30%.
If not maintained for a long time, the resistance will increase sharply after the filter material gets clogged, and it may need to be replaced every 3 to 6 months.
Actual usage parameters
When the air volume exceeds the rated value by more than 10%, the load on the filter material increases, and its service life will be shortened by 15% to 25%.
When the resistance of the filter reaches the final resistance (usually 2 to 3 times the initial resistance), it must be forcibly replaced; otherwise, it will affect the purification effect.
Ii. Common Scenario Lifespan Reference

Usage scenarios Quality of filter material Maintenance status Expected lifespan
Electronic cleanroom (Class 100) High-quality Regular maintenance 2 to 3 years
Hospital ICU ward High-quality Regular maintenance 1.5 to 2.5 years
General industrial workshop (more dust) Medium Basic maintenance 6 to 12 months
Harsh environment (cooking fumes/high dust) Medium Insufficient maintenance 3 to 6 months

Iii. Suggestions for Extending Lifespan
When paired with high-efficiency pre-filters (such as primary and medium-efficiency filters), large particle pollutants are intercepted first to reduce the burden on the high-efficiency filters in the liquid tank.
Monitor the filter resistance monthly. When the resistance reaches 1.5 times the initial resistance, check whether the pre-filter needs to be replaced to prevent premature clogging of the high-efficiency filter material.
Keep the sealant in the liquid tank intact. If there is any air leakage, replenish the sealant or replace the sealing parts in time to prevent unfiltered air from seeping in directly.
