What are the application fields of the automatic double-door air shower?
I. Food and Beverage Industry: The “First Line of Defense” for Food Safety
As one of the most widely applied fields, the core adaptation needs to meet the scenarios of the GB 14881 food safety standard, focusing on solving the contamination problems of raw materials, semi-finished products, and packaging materials:
Typical scenarios: entrance of baking food processing area, buffer channel of dairy filling line, raw material transfer port of candy and chocolate workshop, storage connection point of can packaging area, drinking water bottle preform conveying line.
Application core: Through high-speed clean air flow of 25-35m/s, it removes floating dust and fibers from the surface of raw materials (such as flour, sugar grains, nuts), reduces the growth of microorganisms (total bacterial count, mold), and prevents cross-contamination. For instance, at the entrance of the filling mixing room in a certain biscuit factory, an ISO 7-level material spray room is adopted to ensure that the cream and nut raw materials are not contaminated during the transmission process.
Special adaptation: For foods that are prone to moisture absorption, some product showers are equipped with dehumidification functions to prevent condensation during the air shower process, which could affect product quality.
Ii. Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industry: Compliance and Sterility Assurance
Strictly adhering to the “Good Manufacturing Practice for Medical Devices” (GMP) and the cleanliness standards for pharmaceutical production, it is an essential purification equipment in the industry.
Typical scenarios: non-sterile medical device assembly workshops (syringes, infusion set components), in vitro diagnostic reagent (IVD) packaging areas, entrances for pharmaceutical raw material storage, raw material transmission channels for mask/protective clothing production, and supply rooms for hospital operating room consumables.
Application core: Prevent contaminants such as metal shavings, plastic particles, and fiber dust from mixing into the product to ensure the performance of the device and the safety of the drug. For instance, during the transfer process of meltblown fabric and nose bridge strips in the mask production workshop, the material shower room can prevent fiber dust from contaminating the finished filter materials. When the powder raw material barrels of the pharmaceutical factory pass through, the 360-degree rotating nozzles can comprehensively remove the dust adhering to the barrel body.
Compliance and adaptation: Some high-specification models meet the ISO Level 5 cleanliness requirements, support CE and ISO 9001 certifications, and are suitable for the buffering needs of sterile drug production.
Iii. Cosmetics and Daily Chemical Industry: Both quality and hygiene standards are met
In line with the requirements of the “Key Points for Inspection of Cosmetics Production License” for clean areas (microorganisms ≤100CFU/m³), focusing on the pollution control of powder raw materials and paste products:
Typical scenarios: entrance of the skin care product (lotion, face cream), filling room, raw material passage of the makeup (foundation, eyeshadow), pressing workshop, temporary storage area for perfume blending raw materials, purification passage for packaging materials (glass bottles, tubes).
Application core: Control the flying of powdered raw materials such as talcum powder, pigments, and flavors to prevent particles from affecting the fineness and stability of the product. For instance, in the production of foundation liquid, raw materials are transferred to the emulsification tank through the material spray room, which can prevent dust particles in the air from causing impurities in the paste.
Material compatibility: 304 stainless steel is mostly used, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, avoiding chemical reactions with cosmetic raw materials.
Iv. Electronics and Microelectronics Industry: The “Dust Barrier” for Precision Manufacturing
Comply with electronic industry standards (such as JEDEC J-STD-033), with a focus on protecting sensitive electronic components from dust damage:
Typical scenarios: assembly lines for consumer electronics (mobile phones, computers) components, entrances to PCB board cleaning workshops, storage areas for electronic auxiliary materials (adhesives, packaging materials), transmission channels for liquid crystal display (LCD/LED) panels, and logistics interfaces in SMT workshops.
Application core: Remove dust, metal debris, and electrostatic adsorption particles from the surface of the goods to prevent short circuits, solder joint contamination, or impact on optical performance. For instance, in the assembly line of mobile phone camera modules, for the transfer of auxiliary materials, the material shower room can prevent dust from adhering to the lens and affecting the imaging quality. The transmission of equipment accessories in semiconductor wafer fabrication plants needs to be compatible with ISO Level 5 high cleanliness standards, and the wind speed can reach over 35m/s.
Function compatibility: Some models are equipped with plasma anti-static function, which simultaneously solves the problems of dust adsorption and static interference.
V. Other extended application fields
In addition to core industries, it is also widely adapted to scenarios with moderate requirements for cleanliness:
Aerospace and automotive manufacturing: Purification of raw materials and semi-finished products for the production of high-end components (such as precision engine parts and automotive electronic sensors) to prevent particle impurities from affecting operational accuracy.
Biological laboratories and research institutions: Transmission channels for microbial culture consumables and experimental equipment to prevent exogenous dust and microbial contamination of experimental samples.
Dust-free coating and chemical industry: Pretreatment of coating raw materials and coating workpieces to avoid surface defects of the coating caused by dust. Explosion-proof material shower rooms can be selected for flammable and explosive environments.
Printing and packaging industry: Purification of paper and ink raw materials for high-end printing (such as banknote and precision circuit board printing) to prevent dust from affecting the clarity of printing.
The core commonality of the application: The irreplaceability of the double-door cargo shower
All application scenarios rely on its three core functions: ① Double-door electronic interlock: It forms an air lock chamber to prevent unclean air from directly flowing into the clean area; ② Automatic sensing air shower: No manual operation is required after the goods enter, providing 360-degree thorough cleaning without any blind spots. ③ Large space adaptability: The internal height can reach 3-4 meters, and the width/depth supports forklifts, AGVs, or large cargo transportation. Some are equipped with roller conveyors to enhance efficiency.
