The negative pressure weighing table is a local purification equipment specially used in places such as pharmaceuticals, microbiological research and scientific experiments. It provides vertical unidirectional airflow. Part of the clean air circulates in the working area, and part is discharged to the nearby area, so that negative pressure is generated in the working area to prevent cross contamination and to ensure a high cleanliness environment in the working area.

The vertical unidirectional airflow form is adopted. The return air must first be pre-filtered through the primary filter to remove the large dust particles in the airflow. The pre-treated air is then filtered through the medium efficiency filter for secondary filtration to fully protect the high efficiency filter. Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, it passes through the high efficiency filter to meet the cleanliness requirements. The clean airflow is sent to the air supply box, 90% of which passes through the uniform air supply mesh plate to form a uniform vertical air supply airflow, and 10% passes through the air volume adjustment plate and is discharged from the equipment. All airflows are processed by high efficiency filters, so there is no residual dust in the air supply and exhaust, avoiding secondary pollution. Since a stable unidirectional flow is formed in the working area, the dust emitted in this area will be captured by the primary and medium efficiency filters along with the airflow under the influence of the unidirectional airflow. The equipment has 10% exhaust air, thus forming a negative pressure relative to the external environment, which to a certain extent ensures that the dust in this area will not spread to the outdoors, playing a role in protecting the external environment.
It is mainly used for weighing and packaging materials such as medicines or activated carbon. It has four levels of protection during the packaging process: materials are protected from pollution by personnel and the environment, the environment where the equipment is placed is protected from pollution by materials and dust, operators are protected from pollution by materials and dust, and the airflow pattern and pressure of the environment where the weighing table is placed are not affected by the opening or closing state of the weighing table.
