The Weighing Booth is a dedicated local decontamination unit that conforms to the latest version of GMP for the production of sterile formulation. The negative pressure weighing room is consist of power line,exhaust port, PAO test point, LED light, differential pressure gauge, control switch, pre-filter, HEPA filter, medium filter and fan and so on. It provides a vertical unidirectional airflow with a fraction (80% – 90%) of clean air circulating through the working area,
and another fraction (10%- 20%) discharged to the vicinity of the working area to provide negative pressure to prevent dust spill and cross-contamination in the work area, in order to ensure a high degree of cleanliness ofthe working environment. It is used to fill ,refill, weigh and sample the raw material and compounds for the pharmaceutical , microbiological research and scientific experiments in order to control the floating dust. It uses the vertical unidirectional airflow to clean the air in the work area and the surrounding environment.
Weighing Booth also know as laminar flow booth, dispensing booth is used for the pharmaceutical, microbiological research and scientific experiments and other places dedicated local purification equipment, which provides a ertical unidirectional airflow, some clean air circulation in the work area, partly discharged to the nearby area, so that the work area produce negative pressure to prevent cross contamination in order to ensure the high clean class level of the working area.
