The equipment consists of several parts: work area, return air box, fan box, air outlet box and outer box. The control panel is located in front of the working area inside the equipment. The control panel uses a touch-type LED control panel, which can control the start and stop of the fan, adjust the fan working conditions, and adjust the wind speed required in the working area. There is a differential pressure gauge next to it to test the resistance of the filter. There is also an exhaust adjustment plate inside the air supply box, which can adjust the exhaust volume of the equipment within a reasonable range.

The equipment adopts vertical unidirectional airflow. The return air is first pre-filtered through the primary filter to remove large dust particles in the airflow. The pre-treated air is then filtered through the medium-efficiency filter for secondary filtration to fully protect the high-efficiency filter. Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, it passes through the high-efficiency filter to meet the cleanliness requirements. The operation area and the external environment form a relative negative pressure, thereby ensuring that the dust in this area will not spread to the outdoors, playing a role in protecting the external environment.
