The main difference between Ultra Low Resistance Filter and ordinary air filter is that the resistance is much smaller, and the initial resistance is generally around 15Pa, but the filtration efficiency is similar to that of same efficiency filter. It is generally used in fan systems with small residual pressure, such as fan coil systems in various functional rooms of hospitals.
At present, most of the consulting rooms, treatment rooms, medication rooms, dressing examination rooms, emergency rooms, disinfection preparation rooms, dialysis rooms and even ICUs in most hospitals in China basically use fan coil air conditioning. Once the heat exchange components in the fan coil are contaminated by dust and bacteria, a large number of bacteria will breed, which will bring the risk of direct infection and cross infection to doctors and patients. On the other hand, it also reduces the heat exchange efficiency of the unit and increases energy consumption. Since the residual pressure of ordinary fan coils is within 50Pa, it is impossible to solve the above problems by installing ordinary filters.
