The application fields of ultra-low resistance and high efficiency filtration units

The core advantage of the ultra-low resistance medium and high efficiency filtration unit is its low air resistance and medium and high efficiency filtration efficiency (typically corresponding to F7-F9 levels). It can not only effectively intercept dust and particles but also reduce the energy consumption of the ventilation system. Therefore, its application fields focus on scenarios where filtration efficiency is required and energy consumption/wind pressure loss needs to be controlled, specifically including
HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) system
Central air conditioning fresh air/return air filtration for commercial buildings (office buildings, shopping malls, hotels) and residential buildings: Replacing traditional medium-efficiency filters, it ensures indoor air cleanliness while reducing the energy consumption of the air conditioning unit’s fan and lowering operating costs.
Ventilation systems in industrial plants: such as ventilation and filtration in electronic and mechanical processing workshops, to prevent dust from entering the production area and affecting product quality, while reducing the energy consumption load of the ventilation system.
2. Pretreatment stage of cleanroom
Cleanrooms (10,000 grade, 100,000 grade) in the pharmaceutical, electronic, food and other industries: As a pre-filtering unit for high-efficiency filters (HEPA/ULPA), it intercepts large particle dust, extends the service life of high-efficiency filters, and reduces the cost of later replacement.
Ventilation pretreatment for biosafety laboratories and GMP workshops: Reduce the dust-holding pressure of high-efficiency filters to ensure the stability of the core filtration process.
3. Auxiliary filtration in industrial production processes
Painting workshop (automotive, furniture painting) : It is used for air intake filtration in spray booths, filtering dust particles in the air to prevent particle defects in the paint film. Meanwhile, its low resistance feature ensures stable air pressure inside the spray booth.
Printing and papermaking workshops: Filter paper powder and ink particles in the workshop air to prevent equipment blockage or product surface contamination. The low-resistance design meets the continuous ventilation requirements of the workshop.
4. Rail transit and vehicles
Ventilation systems for high-speed rail and subway carriages: Filter the air entering the carriages from the outside, improve the air quality inside the carriages, and the low resistance can meet the low-energy consumption design requirements of the carriage ventilation system.
Air conditioning fresh air filtration for aircraft and buses: Within the limited equipment space, it takes into account both filtration efficiency and ventilation volume to reduce the power consumption of the air conditioning system.
5. Medical and public health scenarios
Ventilation and filtration for general wards and outpatient halls in hospitals: Intercepting droplet nuclei and dust in the air to reduce the risk of cross-infection, the low resistance feature is suitable for the energy consumption control requirements of 24-hour ventilation in hospitals.
Rapid construction of ventilation systems for mobile cabin hospitals and temporary isolation sites: As the core filtration unit, it combines efficient filtration with easy installation, while reducing the load on the temporary power supply system.
6. Data centers and computer rooms
Cooling air filtration in the server room of the data center: Filter the dust particles in the air entering the server room to prevent the clogging of server heat sinks. The low-resistance design ensures the circulation efficiency of the cooling air and reduces the energy consumption of the cooling system.
