Separator Air Filter is mainly composed of filter material, partition, outer frame and sealing material. Among them, the filter material is the core component of the filter, usually using ultra-fine glass fiber paper as the base material, and after special chemical treatment, it has good filtering performance and high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. The partition is used to separate the filter material into multiple independent filter units to improve the filtering efficiency. The outer frame is usually made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel, with good strength and stability. The sealing material is used to ensure the sealing performance between the filter and the clean room to prevent air leakage.
Separator Air Filter adopts high density paper of super fine glass fiber, which is folded and then separated with aluminum foil which is pleated with a special machine. Particular concrete interface agent is used to seal four sides, ensuring airtight all round of the filter.
Filtration efficiency is very high, up to 99.99% (um0.3.H13).99.995% (um0.3.H14). Before leaving factory, performance test will be done to all filters
respectively.
It includes Cardboard Separator HEPA Filter and Aluminum Separator HEPA Filter.
