Product Details

It is mainly composed of an outer frame, filter material and protective net. The outer frame is usually made of cardboard frame. The filter material is generally a synthetic fiber material such as non-woven fabric and chemical fiber cloth, which is folded into the outer frame. The protective net is mostly made of galvanized welded mesh, aluminum mesh or stainless steel mesh, which is attached to the air outlet surface of the filter material.

Advantage:

Working principle:

Filter dust particles in the air by interception, inertial collision and other methods. When air containing dust particles flows in, particles larger than the filter material sieve hole are intercepted: larger particles deviate from the airflow direction due to inertia, collide with the filter material and are filtered out. The folding design increases the windward area, making the airflow more stable and uniform when passing through the filter, which can effectively block dust particles between pleats, and clean air flows out evenly from the other side.
