High temperature filters use the double-sided filter media which is folded by galvanize wire mesh or stainless steel mesh, and has good strength., as a result of this, the media material is not easily to be blown broken.These filters are made of special components which can ensure the filters to retain their form and function well at extreme high temperatures.They are widely used in high fire requirements and high temperature environment ventilation system end filter.
1. The filter material is folded on both sides with galvanized wire mesh or stainless steel mesh. It has good strength and the filter material is not easily blown apart.
2. The filter material is reinforced with galvanized square mesh, galvanized scallop mesh, galvanized iron wire and stainless steel wire on both sides, and can be used normally in a large air volume environment.
3. The filter material has a large filter area, long service life, large air volume, low initial resistance, and is non-flammable. Applicable places: used for general primary filter, hot air high-temperature oven air filtration and high-temperature oven air filtration in coating plants.
It is mainly made of high-performance high-temperature resistant ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper as the filter medium, aluminum foil corrugated sheet as the spacer, SUS304 stainless steel plate as the frame, and sealed and assembled with high-temperature resistant sealan.
