Usually, the media material of the mini-pleat Filter is fiber glass. And the fame material can be chose from aluminum, galvanized steel and stainless steel. It has good elasticity, no deformation, no falling off, and won’t air leak when it is installed and used. The max operating temperature is up to 70℃, and if you choose the aluminum frame , then it’s in lighter weight but weak heat resistance. Mini pleat HEPA filter is a kind of HEPA filter, which can remove the finest of particles away. It adopts a special media which plays an important role in capturing both small and large particles with minimum airflow restriction. It also has some advantages such as lighter weight, more compact structure and easier carrying and so on.
1 Mainly used to filter airborne particles above 0.3um, as the end filter of various filtration systems.
2 The filter material is made of high-humidity resistant ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, separated by hot melt adhesive.
3 This design reduces operating costs. The thermoplastic adhesive without partitions can ensure the same pleat spacing, ensure airflow, achieve high dust holding capacity, and make full use of the filter material of the entire depth of the filter.
4 The filter is sealed with a special sealant on all sides to ensure the sealing of the entire filter.
5 A spray-coated protective net is installed on the inlet and outlet surfaces of the filter to protect the filter paper from damage.
6 The moisture resistance of this filter can reach 99%.
7 Each filter is strictly tested.
