a small pore size (<50A), large adsorption capacity, fast adsorption, and fast regeneration
It is a high-efficiency air filtration device that can remove gaseous pollutants from the air. It is also called an activated carbon filter or a chemical air filter. The difference from a general air filter is that it uses activated carbon as the main filter material, which can absorb and remove harmful substances such as toxic gases, odors, and corrosive gases in the air. Due to the special function of the flat chemical filter, it can effectively improve indoor air quality, protect people’s health and improve product quality.
1. Collection of solvent before recycling or evacuation to outside.
2. Purification of new air before introduction into the air circuit.
3. Economical, long-lasting, solution to many odor problems.
4. Good effect on odor removal.
5. Easy to install.
6. Deodorization.
7. Strong surface adsorption ability
8. Ideal solution for clean room recirculation and mini environment.
9. It is made of high quality activated carbon media.
10. Large air flow, low resistance, and long service life.
It is mainly composed of filter material, outer frame and activated carbon. The filter material can be made of activated carbon non-woven fabric, activated carbon particles and other materials, which have the advantages of large adsorption area, strong adsorption performance, high activated carbon content, good ventilation performance, low resistance, long life and low cost. The outer frame is generally made of aluminum frame, stainless steel frame, galvanized frame and other materials, which are corrosion-resistant, high-strength, easy to process and can meet the use requirements of different occasions.
Beside the below standard sizes, it can be customized any size if you need.

Activated carbon selectively adsorbs gas instead of mechanically “filtering” impurities. There are a large number of micropores on the surface of activated carbon, most of which are less than 500A (1A=10-10m). The total internal surface area of the micropores per unit material is called “specific surface area”, which can be as high as 700~2300m2/g. When it comes to adsorption, the harmful gases in the air are called “adsorbates” and activated carbon is “adsorbent”. Due to the attraction between molecules, the adsorbate sticks to the inner surface of the micropores. If accompanied by a chemical reaction, it is called chemical adsorption, otherwise it is physical adsorption. While the adsorbate is adsorbed by the adsorbent, some of the adsorbate will also detach from the adsorbent, which is called “desorption”. During use, the adsorption capacity will continue to weaken, and the desorption will increase. When it increases to a certain extent, the activated carbon will be scrapped. Sometimes, heating or fumigation with water vapor can separate the adsorbate from the adsorbent and regenerate the activated carbon.
materials are divided into granular carbon and fiber carbon. Traditional granular activated carbon includes coal charcoal, wood charcoal, coconut shell charcoal, and bone charcoal. Sometimes, granular carbon is made into powder, adhered to other porous materials, and then processed into shape. Fiber activated carbon is made of carbon-containing organic fibers. It has a small pore size (<50A), large adsorption capacity, fast adsorption, and fast regeneration. Common fiber substrates include phenolic, plant fiber, polyacrylonitrile, and asphalt.
It is mainly used to remove chemical gas pollutants in the air to meet the needs of industries such as microelectronics, nuclear industry, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, environmental protection, experimental animals, and light industry.
