How are the cleanliness grades of the rapid winding type material shower classified?

The cleanliness grade classification of the rapid winding type cargo air shower is mainly based on the particulate matter control standards that the goods meet after air shower, and at the same time matches the grade requirements of the clean area they are connected to. The common classification system refers to the ISO 14644-1 international standard and the domestic GB 50073 specification. The specific classification is as follows:
I. Core Classification Basis
Particle size: Focus on two key particle sizes of 0.5μm and 5μm (core control indicators for clean environment);
Particulate matter concentration limit: The maximum number of particles allowed in a unit volume of air.
Air shower effect: Nozzle air velocity ≥25m/s, air shower time adjustable from 10 to 30 seconds, ensuring that the removal rate of adhering particles on the surface of goods is ≥95%.

Iii. Key Influencing Factors for Classification
Filter configuration: Equipped with H13/H14 high-efficiency filters, it can support ISO 5-6 grade high cleanliness requirements. Equipped with F8/F9 medium-efficiency filters, suitable for ISO 7-8 level scenarios;
Sealing performance: The fit of the sealing rubber strip of the rapid winding door directly affects the isolation effect between the clean area and the non-clean area, avoiding cross-contamination.
Air shower system design: The density of nozzle layout and the stability of air velocity determine the efficiency of particle removal on the surface of goods and are the core guarantees for achieving the corresponding cleanliness level.
Iv. Selection Principles
The cleanliness grade of the material air shower room should be consistent with or higher than that of the clean area it is connected to. For example, the material air shower room connected to an ISO 7-level 10,000-level clean workshop must have its own purification capacity of ISO 7 level or above.
