Three air shower operation modes of explosion-proof air shower room:
One-way interlocking operation mode: personnel can only enter the clean area from the air shower room. The electromagnetic lock of the inner air shower room door (clean room side) is locked, and the electromagnetic lock of the outer door of the clean room is opened. After the personnel enter, the electromagnetic lock of the outer door is locked, and the air shower cycle begins. After the air shower is over, the electromagnetic lock of the outer door remains locked, and the inner door lock is opened. The personnel can open the inner air shower room door to enter the clean area; when the inner door is closed, the electromagnetic lock is automatically locked, and the electromagnetic lock of the outer door of the clean room is opened.
Two-way interlocking one-way operation mode: personnel are allowed to enter and exit the clean area from the air shower room. The electromagnetic locks of the two doors are usually in the open state, and only any one door can be opened. When the personnel open the outer door to enter, the air shower cycle begins, and the electromagnetic locks on both sides are in the locked state. After the air shower is over, the door lock is opened, and the personnel can enter the clean room area. When the personnel leave the clean area from the air shower room, the fan will not be started.
Two-way interlocking operation mode: People are allowed to enter and exit the clean area through the air shower room. The electromagnetic locks of both doors are usually in the open state, and only one door can be opened. When a person enters the air shower room from either side, the air shower cycle will be started.
