DOP HEPA box Daily Maintenance

I. Daily Maintenance Objectives
To ensure the integrity of the high-efficiency filter, no air leakage, normal airflow, and meeting the cleanliness standards, in accordance with GMP/ISO requirements.
II. Daily Maintenance Contents (Divided into three levels: per shift / per week / per month)
1. Daily Maintenance (Operation Inspection) Visual inspection
The supply air panel and diffuser plates are free of dust, stains and deformation.
There is no condensation water or mold spots.
Operating status
The air supply is normal, without whistling or abnormal vibration.
The airflow is uniform, without obvious vortex or wind short-circuiting.
Pressure difference check (when a pressure difference meter is available)
The pressure difference before and after the filter is within the normal range.
There is no sudden increase or decrease. Cleaning
Use a lint-free cloth and 75% ethanol to gently wipe the surface of the panel and diffuser plate.
Do not rinse with water directly, and do not impact the high-efficiency filter.
2. Weekly maintenance (deep cleaning + inspection)
Remove the diffuser plate / diffuser panel (operate gently)
Clean the diffuser panel and the inner wall of the air outlet
Check:
Seal strips have no aging, no detachment, no fracture
Compression device has no loosening
Reinstall in place to ensure a good seal
Note: Do not touch the high-efficiency filter paper, do not wipe, do not press.
3. Monthly maintenance (function + sealingity check)
Check the surface of the high-efficiency filter
No blackening, no damage, no moisture, no mold spots
Check the frame seal
No air leakage, no dust marks (black edges / dust lines = air leakage)
Check the pressure difference
Compare with the initial pressure difference:
If the pressure difference increases by more than 2 times → The filter is clogged, prepare for replacement
Check the fastening parts
The pressure plate, screws, handle have no loosening
III. Professional maintenance of DOP supply air outlets (regular, must be done)
1. DOP/PAO leak detection
Period: Every 6 months to 1 year (quarterly for key areas)
Content: Full scan leak detection of the high-efficiency filter + frame
Pass: Leakage rate ≤ 0.01%
2. Filter replacement criteria (any one of the following is met, replace)
The leak detection was not qualified
Pressure difference exceeds the initial value by 2 times
Filter paper is damaged， blackened， moistened， or moldy
Frame cannot seal
IV. Maintenance safety and precautions
Wear clean gloves and mask during maintenance
Handle the removal and installation of the diffuser plate gently
Do not step on， press， or impact the supply air outlet
Clean only from the inside out， from top to bottom， to avoid dust falling into the duct
Record the time， content， condition， and personnel after maintenance， and keep the ledger
V. Simple mnemonic (training and use are good)
Look at the surface for no dust or stains
Look at the operation for no abnormalities
Look at the seal for no air leakage
Look at the pressure difference for not exceeding the standard
Regularly conduct DOP leak detection， replace if dirty， clogged， or damaged
