Daily maintenance of laminar flow transfer Windows

I. Daily Basic Maintenance (Daily Mandatory)
1. Cleaning and disinfection standards
Cleaning scope: Interior of the cavity (countertop, four walls, corners), contact surfaces of the door body, door handles, gaps of the sealing strips, and external surfaces can be wiped as needed.
Cleaning process
First, use a lint-free cloth dipped in 75% medical alcohol to wipe and remove microorganisms and stains (high-risk scenarios such as biological laboratories need to be cleaned every shift).
Use a soft-bristled brush and neutral detergent to scrub the dust in the gaps of the sealing strip, then dry it with a dry cloth to prevent moisture and aging.
Dust in the interlock sensing area should be blown off with compressed air at a pressure of 0.3 to 0.5MPa to prevent signal obstruction.
Precautions: Do not rinse with water, do not use chlorine-containing disinfectants (corrosive to metals), and do not use hard objects such as steel wool balls (to avoid scratches on stainless steel).
2. Function check before startup
Power supply status: Confirm that the power supply is stable and the voltage meets the equipment requirements (to avoid F06 failure);
Door interlock test: Verify that both doors cannot be opened simultaneously. A delay of 0.5 to 1 second in interlock response is normal.
Core component operation: Start the fan and the ultraviolet lamp, and observe that the fan makes no abnormal noise and the ultraviolet lamp lights up normally.
Pre-treatment requirements: Turn on the machine for self-cleaning 15 minutes before use. Do not place items that block the return air orifice plate.
Ii. Regular Inspection and Maintenance (Implemented at different levels
Weekly inspection (with a focus on sealing and mechanical structure)
Sealing strip inspection: Observe whether there are cracks, deformations or detachment. It should be able to quickly rebound after being pressed. Replace it immediately if it is aged (service life 2-3 years).
Door hinge fit: Use a 0.1mm feeler gauge to check the door gap. The insertion depth should not exceed 5mm. If it exceeds the standard, fine-tune the door hinge.
Fastener tightening: Check if the door handle and screws are loose, and tighten them with a special tool to prevent them from falling off due to vibration.
2. Monthly maintenance (core parameter monitoring and component maintenance)
Performance testing
Wind speed test: Measure the average wind speed in the working area with an anemometer. If it does not meet the standard, the high-efficiency filter needs to be inspected.
Differential pressure monitoring: Read the value of the differential pressure gauge. If it is abnormal, check the status of the sealing rubber strip and the filter.
Cleanliness testing: Measure with a dust particle counter. If it does not meet the standard, look for leakage or filter failure issues.
Component maintenance
Ultraviolet lamp: Record the usage duration. Replace it when it accumulates to 5000 hours or when both ends turn black. After replacement, verify the disinfection effect with a photometer.
Pre-filter: Clean or replace (every 1-6 months) to prevent dust accumulation from affecting the service life of the high-efficiency filter.
Guide rails/rollers: Apply polytetrafluoroethylene grease for lubrication, remove foreign objects, and ensure smooth door opening and closing.
3. Quarterly/annual in-depth maintenance
Quarterly: Calibrate the electronic interlock delay time and check the communication status of the control system (to avoid F05 failure);
Year:
High-efficiency filter integrity testing (leak detection), if the leakage exceeds 0.01%, repair or replacement is required.
Calibrate the temperature and humidity sensor, clean or replace the distorted sensor (to avoid F04 failure);
Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the fan motor, test the operating current, and repair it promptly if there is any abnormal noise or it stops rotating (corresponding to the F02 fault).
Iii. Specifications for Replacement of Key Components

Component name Replacement cycle Key points for replacement
Filtro de alta eficacia 1 to 3 years (depending on working conditions Do not touch the filter paper. When installing, the arrow should be in the same direction as the air outlet. After replacement, recheck the cleanliness and pressure difference
Tubo de lámpara ultravioleta About 5,000 hours Wear gloves when operating to avoid fingerprint contamination. Record the usage time after replacement
Banda de goma de estanqueidad After 2 to 3 years or when aging Clean the glue marks in the groove, apply special silicone to fix it, and ensure uniform sealing of the door body
Interlocking device Replace immediately when there is a malfunction Power-off reset the controller, check if the switch is stuck, and replace the damaged lock body or sensor if necessary

Iv. Emergency Handling of Common Faults

Fault code/phenomenon Possible reasons Processing steps
F01 (Door interlocking fault) The switch is stuck and the controller is abnormal Check the closed status of the door body, cut off the power and reset it, and replace the damaged interlock switch
F03 (Ultraviolet Lamp Failure)

The lamp tube is aged and the starter is faulty

Check the connection lines, replace the expired lamp tubes, and verify that the disinfection function has been restored
Pressure difference constant

The filter is clogged and the seal has failed

Clean the pre-filter, check the sealing strip, and replace the high-efficiency filter if the pressure difference persists in exceeding the standard
The fan does not rotate. Power supply failure, motor damage Check the line voltage, remove foreign objects from the fan, and replace the motor professionally if it is damaged
V. Maintenance and Management Requirements
Establish maintenance files to record information such as cleaning time, inspection data, component replacement, and fault handling;
Cleaning tools should be used in separate zones exclusively. Tools in clean areas and those in non-clean areas should not be mixed.
Long-term disuse (more than one week) : Turn off the power, clean the door slightly, and ventilate once a week.
Operators must be trained before taking up their posts. It is strictly prohibited to operate in violation of regulations (such as opening two doors simultaneously or placing overweight items).
