Working Principle：

◇ New filter material is installed in the feeding box. When the air conditioning air intake carries high-concentration dust-containing air through the winding filter, the pressure difference before and after the filter gradually increases with the increase of dust.

 ◇ When the filter resistance rises to the set final resistance value, the pressure difference switch starts to work.

◇ After the controller receives the operation signal, it immediately connects the motor power supply and automatically starts the motor.

◇ The operation of the motor drives the reel in the unloading box to rotate, thereby rolling up the dirty filter material, and replacing the filter cross section with clean filter material.

◇ The displacement of the filter material operation is controlled by the grating. When the filter material runs to the preset length in the controller, the controller will give the motor a signal to disconnect the power supply and the motor stops running.

◇ There is no need for personnel to go to the top of the equipment to replace the filter material. The bracket slide can be used with the linkage device for replacement. The automatic winding air filter adopts a special mesh filter material, and the structure is mostly arranged in a density gradient. It has excellent ventilation and dust removal capabilities, low resistance, high strength, stable chemical properties, resistance to a certain high temperature, and is non-toxic, odorless, non-volatile, and easy to operate.
