Bacclean standard series includes single‑person single‑sided and double‑person single‑sided types. Standard configuration: variable‑frequency EC fan, two-stage filtration (pre-filter + H13/H14 HEPA), plenum chamber with flow equalization membrane, tempered glass lifting front window, UV lamp with interlock protection, differential pressure & wind speed monitoring and alarm system. The inner work surface is 304 stainless steel, and the outer cabinet is cold‑rolled steel with electrostatic powder coating. Full 304 stainless steel cabinet is optional. The nominal working wind speed is 0.45 m/s ±20%.

1. BL-V900 (Single-person 900) Overall dimension: 900×600×1700 mm | Working area: 810×505×550 mm Application: Independent single‑person operation, laboratories, clinical labs and small‑scale sterile sample preparation. Compact footprint for rooms with limited space.
2. BL-V1200 (Wide Single-person / Compact Double-person) Overall dimension: 1200×600×1700 mm | Working area: 1100×505×550 mm Application: Wide workspace for single operator, or staggered double‑person operation. Ideal for sample dispensing, plant tissue culture and small‑batch formulation preparation. This is our best‑selling general model.
3. BL-V1500 (Double-person 1500) Overall dimension: 1500×740×1900 mm | Working area: 1400×645×700 mm Application: Synchronized double‑person operation for pharmaceutical QC, large‑volume strain transfer and hospital pharmacy compounding. Extended bench area for sample placement.
4. BL-V1800 (Wide Double-person 1800) Overall dimension: 1800×740×1900 mm | Working area: 1700×645×700 mm Application: Side‑by-side continuous operation for high‑volume sterility testing and batch packaging of electronic components. Long work surface suitable for production line integration.

Supplementary special standard type: BL-VD double-sided vertical flow clean bench, with operating openings on both front and rear sides. Two operators can work from opposite sides around shared materials. Commonly deployed in shared R&D laboratories.

2. Sub-series Classified by Function

1. BL-V Basic Medical Series Standard UV interlock, internal lighting, differential pressure indicator and adjustable casters. Cost-effective for hospital outpatient laboratories, general microbial labs and university teaching.
2. BL-VG GMP Validation Series Upgraded with liquid-tank sealed HEPA filter, touchscreen intelligent control, data logging and export function; silicon-free sealing optional. Complete validation documentation is provided. It can serve as local Class A operating stations inside cleanrooms and meets EU GMP Annex 1 and domestic GMP sterility test requirements. PAO leak test report is standard for every unit.
3. BL-VH High-temperature Resistant Series Equipped with high-temperature separator HEPA, high-temperature silicone sealing and stainless steel separators. Suitable for processes requiring repeated thermal fumigation and dry heat sterilization for special samples.
4. BL-VESD Anti-static ESD Series Anti-static coating, anti-static worktop and grounding terminals are adopted to control electrostatic discharge. Designed for semiconductors, optical components and PCB precision assembly to prevent electrostatic damage to delicate parts.

3. Non-standard Customization Scope

When standard models cannot fit site layout or special process requirements, customization is available for sheet metal structure, air duct, filtration and electrical control according to URS. Common custom requirements are listed below:

1. Dimension Customization Extra-small, extra-wide, heightened chamber or deepened depth versions; built-in countertop, floor-standing integrated type, height-adjustable support frame for production line connection, pass box integration and A-grade laminar station beside freeze dryers. L-shaped and corner laminar benches are available for corner installation in workshops.
2. Material Upgrade Full 316L stainless steel (acid & alkali resistant for frequent wiping with strong disinfectants and organic solvents); full penetration polished welds inside with zero sanitary dead zones for high hygiene grades; silicon-free version to minimize AMC volatile organic compounds for lithium, semiconductor and optical industries.
3. Airflow & Exhaust Customization Recirculating type, external exhaust type and semi-exhaust structure; add activated carbon filtration modules for organic solvent and odor removal; plasma static elimination module; independent return air duct, increased airflow and adjustable wind speed range.
4. Control & Safety Function Customization PLC control, 7-inch HMI, USB data export, 485 remote communication for SCADA integration; reserved gas, water and drainage ports, built-in power sockets and air source ports; sleeve ports to reduce air entrainment and contamination risk; explosion-proof electrical packages for flammable solvent handling.
5. Sterilization Integration Reserved VHP inlet and circulation ports for whole-chamber vaporized hydrogen peroxide decontamination; hydrogen peroxide concentration monitoring and timed interlock programs.
6. Auxiliary Structure Customization Interlock doors, automatic lifting doors, modified door positions; laminar flow baffles and side shielding panels; heavy-duty mobile frame with brake casters, fixed embedded floor mounting; independent support frames for cleanroom recessed installation.

4. Selection & Customization Notes

1. Vertical flow clean benches are positive-pressure laminar devices designed for sample protection only. They cannot replace biosafety cabinets. Class II biosafety cabinets are mandatory for operations involving highly pathogenic microbial aerosols.
2. Recirculating models are suitable for processes without volatile chemicals. External exhaust + activated carbon adsorption configuration is recommended when organic solvents or toxic reagents are used.
3. Confirm these items before customization: overall space dimensions, access doorway size, power supply, production line interface, sterilization method, ESD / silicon-free requirement and validation document expectation.
4. HEPA options: standard H13 and high-grade H14. Sealing types include adhesive seal and liquid tank seal. Liquid tank sealing is preferred for critical GMP projects for superior leak stability.
