II. Working Implementation Process
The 380V/220V AC power from the mains is first converted into stable DC power to eliminate voltage fluctuation effects.
The frequency conversion inverter voltage regulation and frequency modulation drive module changes the output voltage and frequency. The higher the frequency, the faster the motor speed; the lower the frequency, the slower the speed.

The motor operates precisely with variable frequency based on the frequency signal. The explosion-proof motor smoothly changes the speed, and the fan air volume increases or decreases synchronously.
Closed-loop feedback corrects the sensors to transmit real-time speed and load data. The system automatically fine-tunes the frequency to stabilize the set speed, unaffected by filter blockage or wind pressure changes.
III. Two Common Speed Control Control Methods
Local single machine frequency conversion with a built-in drive board, directly speed adjustment on the on-site panel, suitable for small quantities of FFU and clean rooms.
Bus group control frequency conversion issues frequency instructions through Modbus/485 communication, synchronizes the entire batch and adjusts the speed in sections, the mainstream solution for large explosion-proof workshops.

V. Simple Explanation of the Principle
