Core determination (the most accurate, preferred)<br \/>\nExcessive pressure difference (main basis)<br \/>\nRecord the initial pressure difference of the filter. When the operating pressure difference reaches twice the initial value, replace immediately.<br \/>\nNo pressure difference meter: Combine wind volume and wind speed for comprehensive judgment.<br \/>\nInsufficient working face wind speed<br \/>\nStandard wind speed: 0.36 &#8211; 0.54 m\/s.<br \/>\nIf the measured wind speed is consistently low and the airflow is soft, and the problems of fan and return air blockage have been ruled out, it indicates that the filter material is severely dusty.<br \/>\n2. On-site intuitive phenomena (visual inspection with eyes or body sensation during daily inspection)<br \/>\nInconsistent air flow: Local lack of air, deviated airflow, local blockage of the filter material.<br \/>\nSurface blackening \/ dust accumulation: The windward side of the filter material is obviously blackened and dusty, and cannot be wiped off.<br \/>\nAbnormal noise: The fan noise increases and the vibration intensifies (excessive resistance, overload of the fan).<br \/>\nAirflow carrying dust: When the lights are on, visible dust particles and flocculent substances spill out from the air outlet area.<br \/>\n3. Compliance testing (GMP \/ Cleanroom engineering mandatory requirements)<br \/>\nPAO\/DOP leak detection test<br \/>\nIf the leakage is found to be excessive during scanning and cannot be repaired through sealing improvement, it must be replaced.<br \/>\nCleanliness detection<br \/>\nIf the suspended particle count in the area continues to exceed the standard, after excluding environmental and personnel factors, it is determined that the high-efficiency filter has failed.<br \/>\n4. Time reference (bottom-up standard, not used as a separate basis)<br \/>\nRefer to the usage cycle: In normal conditions, 1.5 &#8211; 3 years. When the expiration date arrives, a comprehensive assessment based on the above indicators should be conducted. Do not blindly use it beyond the expiration date.<br \/>\nSimple judgment process (directly applied in operation)<br \/>\nCheck pressure difference \u2192 Exceed 2 times \u2192 Replace<br \/>\nNormal pressure difference \u2192 Measure wind speed \u2192 Not up to standard \u2192 Replace<br \/>\nNormal wind speed \u2192 Visual inspection + Leak detection \u2192 Leakage \/ Severe dust accumulation \u2192 Replace<br \/>\nAdditional precautions<br \/>\nOnly clean the initial \/ medium efficiency filters, HEPA filters must not be washed with water or blown with air guns, which will cause filter material damage and dust leakage.<br \/>\nLong-term erosion by disinfectant mist, acid-base mist leads to filter material aging.
