If the filtered gas has adsorption requirements, a high-efficiency gas adsorption filter is equipped; the detection unit refers to an automatic (or manual) fine scanning detection device. In addition to the above main components, there are some supporting equipment on the bag-in-bag-out filter housing, such as pressure gauges, pressure measuring holes, quick connection ports, etc. Miniature high-efficiency particle filters are set between these components and the housing to ensure isolation from the outside world.
