\nI. Pre-installation preparations
\nStop the machine, disconnect the power supply, and hang the “Equipment maintenance, do not close the switch” sign.
\nTools needed: Cross-head screwdriver, clean cloth, gloves.
\nClean the top\/back of the transfer window’s fan compartment, wipe off dust.
\nCheck the new high-efficiency filter:
\nNo damage, no deformation, no moisture or mold
\nFrame is intact, sealant strips are complete
\nThe shell has an air flow direction arrow
\nII. Disassembly of the old high-efficiency filter
\nOpen the filter maintenance cover (usually on the top or back of the transfer window).
\nLoosen the tightening bolts \/ clasps, slowly remove the old filter.
\nClean the installation slot and the interior of the air duct again, without dust or debris.
\nIII. Installation of the new high-efficiency filter (key steps)
\nConfirm the direction
\nThe air flow arrow on the filter \u2192 towards the wind shower chamber and nozzle direction.
\nPlace the filter smoothly in the installation slot
\nHold the frame with both hands, do not touch the filter paper
\nPlace it gently in position, without twisting or squeezing
\nComplete the sealing around it
\nEnsure that the sealant strips are fully adhered, without warping or gaps.
\nEvenly press down
\nRotate and tighten the strips \/ screws diagonally, evenly, without applying force to one side only.
\nReplace the maintenance cover and seal it tightly.
\nIV. Post-installation debugging and inspection
\nPower on, close the side doors, start the wind shower.
\nCheck:
\nNo abnormal sounds, no air leakage whistling
\nThe pressure difference meter reading is stable
\nRecord the new initial pressure difference (for future replacement determination)
