I. Daily Maintenance Objectives
\nTo ensure the integrity of the high-efficiency filter, no air leakage, normal airflow, and meeting the cleanliness standards, in accordance with GMP\/ISO requirements.
\nII. Daily Maintenance Contents (Divided into three levels: per shift \/ per week \/ per month)
\n1. Daily Maintenance (Operation Inspection) Visual inspection
\nThe supply air panel and diffuser plates are free of dust, stains and deformation.
\nThere is no condensation water or mold spots.
\nOperating status
\nThe air supply is normal, without whistling or abnormal vibration.
\nThe airflow is uniform, without obvious vortex or wind short-circuiting.
\nPressure difference check (when a pressure difference meter is available)
\nThe pressure difference before and after the filter is within the normal range.
\nThere is no sudden increase or decrease. Cleaning
\nUse a lint-free cloth and 75% ethanol to gently wipe the surface of the panel and diffuser plate.
\nDo not rinse with water directly, and do not impact the high-efficiency filter.
\n2. Weekly maintenance (deep cleaning + inspection)
\nRemove the diffuser plate \/ diffuser panel (operate gently)
\nClean the diffuser panel and the inner wall of the air outlet
\nCheck:
\nSeal strips have no aging, no detachment, no fracture
\nCompression device has no loosening
\nReinstall in place to ensure a good seal
\nNote: Do not touch the high-efficiency filter paper, do not wipe, do not press.
\n3. Monthly maintenance (function + sealingity check)
\nCheck the surface of the high-efficiency filter
\nNo blackening, no damage, no moisture, no mold spots
\nCheck the frame seal
\nNo air leakage, no dust marks (black edges \/ dust lines = air leakage)
\nCheck the pressure difference
\nCompare with the initial pressure difference:
\nIf the pressure difference increases by more than 2 times \u2192 The filter is clogged, prepare for replacement
\nCheck the fastening parts
\nThe pressure plate, screws, handle have no loosening
\nIII. Professional maintenance of DOP supply air outlets (regular, must be done)
\n1. DOP\/PAO leak detection
\nPeriod: Every 6 months to 1 year (quarterly for key areas)
\nContent: Full scan leak detection of the high-efficiency filter + frame
\nPass: Leakage rate \u2264 0.01%
\n2. Filter replacement criteria (any one of the following is met, replace)
\nThe leak detection was not qualified
\nPressure difference exceeds the initial value by 2 times
\nFilter paper is damaged\uff0c blackened\uff0c moistened\uff0c or moldy
\nFrame cannot seal
\nIV. Maintenance safety and precautions
\nWear clean gloves and mask during maintenance
\nHandle the removal and installation of the diffuser plate gently
\nDo not step on\uff0c press\uff0c or impact the supply air outlet
\nClean only from the inside out\uff0c from top to bottom\uff0c to avoid dust falling into the duct
\nRecord the time\uff0c content\uff0c condition\uff0c and personnel after maintenance\uff0c and keep the ledger
\nV. Simple mnemonic (training and use are good)
\nLook at the surface for no dust or stains
\nLook at the operation for no abnormalities
\nLook at the seal for no air leakage
\nLook at the pressure difference for not exceeding the standard
