The photoelectric sensor control at the bottom provides automatic spraying and circulating air shower.
3. Equipped with primary filter and high-efficiency non-partition filter. After the air in the air shower room is pre-filtered by the primary filter, it is pressed into the static pressure box by the low-noise centrifugal fan, and then filtered by the high-efficiency filter and sprayed out from the nozzle at high speed to remove dust attached to the surface of people and goods, and prevent dust from entering the clean room with the human body and goods, thereby causing pollution.
4. The spray wind speed can be as high as 26 meters per second. The all-stainless steel nozzle can adjust the blowing direction at will, and the blowing time can also be selected within a certain range, effectively achieving the purpose of air shower purification.
It will form a low-turbulence wet mist, which can cover the raw material dust particles that contaminate the work clothes and continuously condense them into large material particles. The high-speed air flow (≥25m/s) around the large particles will prevent the dust particles from contacting the droplets, while the small droplets of micro particles can easily cause the micro dust particles to condense.
Large particles of material are blown off by high-speed airflow (≥25m/s) and deposited on the filter surface or in the dirt collection tray. To achieve this goal, it is best to produce 5~10um droplets and quickly reach air saturation. Wet all surfaces and form water droplets on the clothes. As time goes by, the water droplets slowly increase until they gently roll off the clothes.
It is widely used inP3/P4 biological laboratory or high-demand pharmaceutical factory disinfection and sterilization core area, when people leave the workshop, it will work.
