Daily Operation and Maintenance Manual for Automatic Double-Opening Air Shower
I. Daily Operation Specifications (Implemented Daily)
Check before startup
Confirm that the power supply and compressed air are normal (air pressure 0.4-0.6MPa);
Check the door body’s sensing sensitivity and interlocking function (both doors cannot be opened simultaneously).
Observe that there is no abnormal noise during the operation of the fan and the air output from the nozzles is uniform.
Use the operation process
The goods are pushed into the material shower room. After the sensor door closes automatically, the shower starts (the duration can be adjusted from 10 to 30 seconds).
The goods should be placed evenly to avoid blocking the nozzles and sensing probes.
After the sprinkler is over, unlock the other side door before pushing out the goods. It is strictly prohibited to force the door open.
In-operation monitoring
Observe the operation status of the equipment in real time. If there is a door jamming or spray fault, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
Record the operation duration and the number of faults to form a daily operation ledger.
Ii. Key Points of Daily Maintenance (Executed Weekly)
Cleaning and maintenance
Wipe the interior of the box, the glass of the door body and the sensor probe (avoid oil stains blocking).
Clear foreign objects from the nozzle, ensure smooth air flow, and use compressed air to blow away the floating dust on the surface of the filter screen.
Function check
Test the reliability of the interlock of the door body and the induction switch, and adjust the induction distance (it is recommended to be 50-100cm).
Check whether the sealing strip is intact. If any damage is found, replace it in time (to prevent leakage in the clean area).
Verify the setting of the spray duration to ensure it meets the requirements of the clean area.
Safety inspection
Check whether the power cord and terminal blocks are loose or aged, and whether the grounding is reliable.
Clear away any debris around the equipment, ensure good ventilation and avoid blocking the heat dissipation ports.

Iv. Common Fault Handling
The door cannot open automatically: Check if the sensor probe is blocked → Confirm if the interlock function is normal → Investigate the pressure of the compressed air.
Spray not starting: Check if the fan is running → Clean the clogged nozzle → Check the fuse in the control circuit.
Excessive operating noise: Tighten the fixing bolts of the fan → Check the wear of the bearings → Clean the accumulated dust on the fan impeller.
The pressure difference in the clean area is normal: Check if the sealing strip is damaged → Replace the clogged filter → Check if the door body is tightly closed.
V. Safety Precautions
When maintaining, power and gas must be cut off, and a “Under Maintenance” sign should be hung. It is strictly prohibited to operate with power on.
When replacing the filter, it should be operated on the clean area side to avoid contaminating the high-efficiency filter.
It is strictly prohibited to forcibly push in oversized or overweight goods to avoid damaging the door body and guide rails (the rated load capacity must comply with the equipment parameters).
Operators must be trained before taking up their posts and strictly abide by the operating procedures. It is prohibited to modify parameters without authorization.
