The Clean Sampling Vehicle is a vertical flow local air purification device. Since the indoor air is filtered through the primary filter and the air is discharged from the high-efficiency air filter, a high-cleanliness working environment is achieved.
The air volume of the clean sampling vehicle is adjustable, and it can be equipped with fluorescent lamps, ultraviolet lamps and anti-static devices according to customer requirements. In addition, the clean sampling vehicle can be disassembled and installed at the user’s specified location. The clean sampling vehicle is widely used for sampling raw materials in special occasions in the pharmaceutical, preparation, electronics, precision instruments, meters, food and other industries. According to the requirements of the new version of the GMP standard, our company has designed and developed a multifunctional and movable clean sampling vehicle. The cleanliness level of this equipment reaches Class 100, and it can conveniently sample raw and auxiliary materials for pharmaceutical preparations (except sterile preparations). The equipment has the advantages of simple structure, beautiful appearance, flexible movement, economical and convenient use. It is an essential equipment for sampling in the pharmaceutical industry in accordance with Article 26 of GMP. At the same time, the electric components used comply with GB1497-85 (electric safety standards); and comply with the provisions of GB-191 (packaging standards). The width of the operating surface can be processed and manufactured according to user requirements.

Move the clean sampling vehicle to the place where sampling is required, fix the sampling vehicle (brake); connect the power, turn on the power switch, and turn on the fan switch; The fan starts working, adjust the voltage to an appropriate level (usually 220V), and put the sampling bucket in after the clean sampling vehicle has been running for 15 minutes; After the sampling is completed, take away the sampling bucket, turn off the fan and power, unplug the power cord, and move the sampling vehicle to its original position.

According to the use situation, the wind speed in the working area should be measured regularly with an anemometer. If it is found that it does not meet the relevant technical requirements, the fan air volume can be adjusted, and the high-efficiency or primary air filter can be replaced if necessary.
