Elevated floor system
Product name: H steel, connecting plate, tripod, elevated floor
Main parameters are: H steel (section size, standard length, opening, etc.); elevated floor (pressure bearing capacity, punching rate, standard size 600*600)
Others: The elevated floor is made of melted aluminum ingots. Due to the market demand and the large initial investment, there are fewer manufacturers. Steel is generally ordered from 500 tons by steel mills. When the quantity is small, it can be purchased from dealers. Our industry generally purchases directly through dealers.
Wall panel system
Product name: Color steel plate, aluminum profile
The main parameters of color steel plate: color, plate thickness, filling material in the plate (rock wool, aluminum honeycomb, foam), anti-static or conductive, plate size, plate opening shape, color steel plate thickness and manufacturer, handmade plate or machine-made plate, reinforcement method;
The main parameters of aluminum profiles: aluminum thickness, form, aluminum surface treatment method
Top plate system
Product name: hanging parts (Y-shaped clamp, wire, square adjuster, T-shaped bolt, etc.), square steel, keel, blind plate
The main parameters of hanging parts: product thickness, form , surface treatment method (hot galvanizing, cold galvanizing)
Main parameters of through wire: diameter of through wire, strength of base material of through wire, form of thread (with or without positive and negative wire)
Main parameters of square steel: thickness and length of square steel, surface treatment method (hot galvanizing and galvanizing layer thickness, spraying and spraying thickness)
