The composition of the bag-in-bag-out filter is similar to that of a combined air conditioning unit. Different functional units are assembled in the bag-in/bag-out housing (BIBO Housing) according to the needs of use. Commonly used functional units include: pre-filter, high-efficiency particle filter (HEPA), high-efficiency gas adsorption filter (HEGA), precision scanning test section, etc. In general, the bag-in-bag-out filter consists of two parts: the filter unit and the detection unit. The simplest filter unit only contains a high-efficiency particle filter. If there is no other filtering equipment before the air enters the bag-in-bag-out filter, a pre-filter is required to protect the high-efficiency particle filter. If the filtered gas has adsorption requirements, a high-efficiency gas adsorption filter is equipped; the detection unit refers to an automatic (or manual) fine scanning detection device. In addition to the above main components, there are some supporting equipment on the bag-in-bag-out filter housing, such as pressure gauges, pressure measuring holes, quick connection ports, etc. Miniature high-efficiency particle filters are set between these components and the housing to ensure isolation from the outside world. The bag-in-bag-out filter and the matching bubble tight isolation valve (Bubble Tight Iso-lation Dampers) form a complete air filtration isolation system, which is called “Containment Systems” in North America.
